I went there after school after having a rough day and I got a hot chocolate and a blueberry scone and I sat down to read. It was relatively quiet and the hot chocolate was pretty good, the scone on the other hand was not very good I ate it but I would never purchase it again.

Have been here before and enjoyed it, but this time...
Ordered a medium tea. Cashier stamped my frequent buyer card, which I leave in their box on the counter. Got a watery cuppa with about one teaspoon of leaves in the hand-filled teabag. Questioned the barista who told me it was two oz and walked away. Asked for more tea, suggesting 2oz not enough for a medium. Silently handed me one, again walked away. Note: they were not busy.
An hour or two later I went back with my husband for him to get coffee. Looked for my frequent buyer card in their stash. Went through the whole pile twice. It was gone. As my name was on the card and my name was on my tea cup, have to wonder if it was removed after I questioned the tea? Hope it was just a mistake... But it didn't feel right. -

A great local coffee shop in downtown Frankfort. They have an extensive menu with everything from brewed coffee, espresso drinks and smoothies. Perfect for grabbing a cup to go while walking around town and they also have a wide variety of baked goods. Staff are very friendly and they always have a great crowd.

Great coffee shop! Had an iced vanilla almond milk latte and it was delicious. The inside of the shop is cute and has great places to sit and enjoy your drink. You can see the Betsie Bay from the windows and they had lots of board games and decorations to look at. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in Frankfort!

Well I hope nothing was seriously wrong with the owners, but at 9:00 am, an hour past open time, no one was there. There was a line of us at the door and we even called. No one returned phone call. Disappointed as this was our last day of our short trip and I had heard good things about it.
If someone just overslept it's pretty bad business.
